Bookings

To make a booking please contact us either by telephone or e-mail (both of these are found at the top of this page) to confirm dates and the number of rooms required.

Before booking please be aware of the following;

1. To secure rooms we require a deposit either by cheque in the post or credit / debit card details over the telephone. All deposits are non-refundable and for any cancellations within 48 hours of the booked date full payment will be required.

2. Please advise us of your anticipated arrival time and be aware that our Reception Desk closes at 7.30 pm.

3. Rooms will be available from 1 pm on the day of your arrival. Rooms should be vacated by 11 am on the day of your departure. An extra days charge will apply to checkouts after this time.

Payments

Credit / debit cards : We accept most major credit / debit cards such as Maestro, Visa and Master Card. We do not accept American Express. There will be a 1% surcharge against debit/credit card transactions for balances. This does not apply to deposits.

Cash : We accept cash payment for accommodation - please do not send any money in the post for deposits.

Cheque : please note we only accept cheques for deposits and for return bookings.
