To make a booking please contact us either by telephone or e-mail (both of these
are found at the top of this page) to confirm dates and the number of rooms required.
Before booking please be aware of the following;
1. To secure rooms we require a deposit either by cheque in the post or credit /
debit card details over the telephone. All deposits are non-refundable and for any
cancellations within 48 hours of the booked date full payment will be required.
2. Please advise us of your anticipated arrival time and be aware that our Reception
Desk closes at 7.30 pm.
3. Rooms will be available from 1 pm on the day of your arrival. Rooms should be
vacated before 10:30 am on the day of your departure.

Credit / debit cards : We accept most major credit / debit cards such as Maestro, Visa and Master Card. We do not accept American Express.
Cash : We accept cash payment for accommodation - please do not send any money in the post for deposits.
Cheque : please be aware that we no longer accept payment by cheque.
